In her capacity as Associate Director of Global Programs, Ms. Seppa’s primary focus is on managing operations for PHMI’s multiple programs with Dubai Healthcare City.
Ms. Seppa has a background in international finance and development of executive education programs. Prior to joining PHMI she managed client relationships in South America for Fidelity Investments which involved development of education programs for institutional investors. Later, she was assistant director for international education and research initiatives for the Instituto de Empresa, a top European business school. Her driving principles include integrating education and finance to make data-driven decisions that positively impact health care delivery.
At PHMI, she is engaged in operations management for PHMI’s projects within Dubai Healthcare City, including research and development for the City’s clinical regulations.
Ms. Seppa has an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA from Boston College. She speaks Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
